In the rare case that a jewelry collector needs to return something we would prefer to work with you on an exchange or in-store credit. An exchange avoids a restocking fee of 5%. Usually items exchanged/returned is from an improper fit. A return must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Jewelry or gift items must be returned in original condition. Customers are required to email a written explanation for return approval at email@example.com. Any jewelry worn, damaged or used will not be accepted as a return. If you provide a proper reason for your return within the 14 days after receipt of purchase, you will receive a 100 % refund of the price of just the item, NOT the shipping, also minus a 5% re-stocking fee to cover our charges incurred by the credit card companies. An exchange has no restocking fee. Shipping is always the responsibility of the customer. If we find that you have worn/used the jewelry before returning the jewelry we will deduct 25% (for our costs for repair/refinishing of the jewelry) of the cost of the jewelry plus the shipping and deduct it from the return. No returns after 14 days.
